Tanager Residence
The Tanager Residence, located in the hills above Los Angeles, is a wonderful example of modernist renovation. Modernus was initially contacted by well known Los Angeles developer Nile Naimi and his partner, architecture firm McClean Design. Nile had been searching for a flush door solution and had first tried to contact a Chinese-based firm. After receiving the product Nile was unhappy with the quality and long lead times so he came to Modernus in search of a better solution.
We worked closely with Paul McClean of McClean design to develop a product that fit there modern, minimal home design and delivered the product in time for the developer to finish the house in time for the showing and sale of the property.
McClean design used our flush door installation with our Light Collection of doors.
