High-Rise
CityCenter Veer Towers
Located in the midst of the Las Vegas strip the Veer Towers and Penthouses are a part of the largest construction project to date in the United States. The CityCenter is a mixed-use hospitality, retail and gaming development located on 76 acres in the midst of the Las Vegas Strip. Composed of 350 private luxury penthouses the Veer Towers are owned and operated by MGM Resorts International.
Modernus worked directly with the owners, MGM, to design and execute all the interior doors for the luxury penthouses. Modernus specifically engineered its flush frame doors for the MGM and finished them in a luxury teak finish. Each of the penthouses also contains teak and glass sliding doors and flush framed closet doors. Modernus's green products, including FSC veneers contributed to the towers achieving a LEED Gold certification.
The towers were designed by Helmut Jahn's Office based in Chicago, Dianna Wong Architecture & Interior Design designed the interiors of the penthouses.
