CityCenter Mandarin Oriental Residences
Located in the midst of the Las Vegas strip the Mandarin Oriental Residences are a part of the largest construction project to date in the United States. The CityCenter is a mixed-use hospitality, retail and gaming development located on 76 acres in the midst of the Las Vegas Strip. The Residences at Mandarin Oriental feature approximatively 225 condominium residences situated on the upper floors of the 392-room hotel tower, with a private owner's lobby and clubroom. The Residencies were completed in early 2010.
Modernus worked directly with the owners, MGM, to design and execute all the interior doors for the luxury penthouses. Modernus specifically engineered its flush frame doors for the MGM and finished them in a luxury teak finish. Each of the penthouses also contains teak and glass sliding doors and flush framed closet doors. Modernus's green products, including FSC veneers contributed to the towers achieving a LEED Gold certification.
